Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use SessionRoll, what you own, what responsibilities come with saved campaign content, and how to contact support.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using SessionRoll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What SessionRoll provides

SessionRoll provides tabletop roleplaying game tools, including deterministic campaign generation, campaign cards, campaign maps, saved campaigns, cloud sync, session prep, quests, notes, records, and related GM workspace features.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Contact support at sohaibk1001@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Your campaign content

You retain ownership of campaign notes, edits, and original material you add to SessionRoll. You grant SessionRoll permission to store, process, display, sync, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and provide requested features.

Generated content

SessionRoll creates deterministic generated campaign material from seeds, systems, settings, and curated tables. The same seed and configuration may produce the same or similar output for different users. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting generated material before using it in your games, publications, or commercial projects.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use SessionRoll to break laws or violate others' rights.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, or private campaign workspace.
  • Interfere with, scrape aggressively, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Upload or store malware, harmful code, credentials, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information.
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.

Third-party services and links

SessionRoll may link to third-party tabletop resources, tools, marketplaces, or services. Those services are not controlled by SessionRoll and may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, and availability.

Availability and changes

SessionRoll may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

SessionRoll is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SessionRoll and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used the product unlawfully. You may stop using SessionRoll at any time.
